Technology built for creativity
Advertising agencies thrive on creativity, collaboration, and tight deadlines. Your IT infrastructure needs to support large media files, enable seamless teamwork between designers, copywriters, and account managers, and protect valuable client campaign assets.
We deliver technology solutions designed for the pace and demands of agency life. From high-performance creative workstations to secure cloud collaboration, we make sure your technology supports your vision rather than holding it back. Agencies also carry real obligations around the data they touch, client briefs, unreleased campaigns, and any audience or customer information handled on a campaign, which brings both confidentiality and the Privacy Act 2020 into scope.
A failure during a launch should not become a missed deadline.
The rules NZ advertising agencies work under
Agency IT is shaped less by sector-specific regulation and more by client confidentiality, intellectual property, and privacy.
- Privacy Act 2020. Any audience, customer, or research data your agency handles on a client's behalf is in scope, and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner expects notification of a notifiable privacy breach. Knowing what personal data you hold for which client, where it lives, and who can reach it is a practical requirement on every engagement.
- Client data confidentiality. Briefs, strategy, and unreleased campaigns are confidential, and a leak can damage both your client and your reputation. Clients increasingly run security questionnaires before handing over data, so access control, logging, and recoverability are part of winning and keeping work.
- Intellectual property and creative assets. The creative work is the asset. Reliable, version-controlled storage with proper access control and tested backups protects against accidental loss, ransomware, and files scattered across personal drives.
The tools NZ agencies use, and what we do with each
We are platform-agnostic but practical. We make the creative and collaboration tools you have chosen perform reliably, with the storage, identity, and backup they depend on.
- Creative software (Adobe and other SaaS), well-specified workstations and devices optimised for demanding design and video tools.
- Media storage, high-speed storage and networking so large video and design files stay fast to work with.
- Cloud collaboration, platforms with proper version control, plus Microsoft 365 with SharePoint and OneDrive structured for creative work.
- Microsoft 365, with conditional access, single sign-on, and email security tuned for agency life.
- Identity & access, least-privilege access and MFA so people reach only the clients and projects they work on.
- Cloud & connectivity, resilient connectivity and scalable cloud resources for project-based, bursty workloads.
- Backup & recovery, encrypted backups of client and creative data with tested restores.
We are not selling you any one of these. Where a decision is genuinely complex, a storage redesign, a studio move, a cloud migration, we run a structured assessment before recommending anything.
