And do not forget backup. Microsoft 365 does not fully back up your data by default. We add Microsoft 365 backup to protect your email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data, so if something gets deleted, encrypted or corrupted, you can restore it.

It includes the full Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange, plus advanced security features like Intune device management, Conditional Access and Defender for Office 365, all in one licence. It is the best value for businesses that need both productivity and security.

No. Our franchise IT support is available on-demand at $159 per hour plus GST. You only pay when you need us. There is no lock-in contract, retainer or minimum spend required. The monitoring and patching plan is month-to-month.

The Remote Monitoring and Patching plan includes 24/7 automated monitoring of device health, automated Windows and third-party patching, proactive alerting for hardware issues, and monthly device health reports. It is fully automated, with no manual intervention needed from your side.

Absolutely. Microsoft 365 is cloud-based, so it works seamlessly across all locations. Our monitoring covers devices anywhere in New Zealand, and our remote support is available nationwide. For larger franchise networks, we offer vCIO services to help with strategic IT planning across all sites.

We can work with your existing licences. If you are on a lower tier like Business Basic or Standard, we can help upgrade to Business Premium. If you are already on Premium, we will layer SentinelOne and our Essential Security Bundle on top of what you have.
