Find out what is safe to turn on.
AI amplifies whatever it is pointed at. Point it at loose permissions and Copilot will surface documents people were never meant to see. A readiness assessment checks the foundations first, so you know what is ready, what needs fixing, and where AI will actually pay off, before you spend anything on it.
Three depths, one honest answer.
Pick by how much is riding on itEvery assessment ends the same way: a written report you keep, naming what is ready, what has to be fixed first, and a clear go or fix-first recommendation. If the answer is not yet, we say so. All prices are shown in NZD and exclude GST.

Readiness questions, answered.
FAQYou need to know two things before Copilot is switched on: who can currently see what, and whether your licensing actually supports it. If you already know both with confidence, you may not need a paid assessment. If you are not sure, an assessment is cheaper than discovering the answer through an incident. Book the free session and we will tell you honestly which of those two you are.
Essential at $1,499 + GST (NZD) if Copilot is the only question. Enhanced at $3,500 + GST (NZD) if you want the use cases ranked and a roadmap you can budget against, which is where most businesses land. Advanced at $7,995 + GST (NZD) if AI has to clear a board, a regulator or an auditor. If you are unsure, pick "not sure yet" on the form and we will recommend one, including recommending the cheaper one.
A written report naming what is ready, what needs fixing first, and a clear go or fix-first recommendation. Enhanced adds ranked use cases and a 90-day roadmap. Advanced adds a drafted AI policy and a board-ready summary. The report is yours to keep and is specific enough to hand to another provider.
No. It is a fixed-price piece of work with a document at the end. Plenty of assessments conclude that the right next step is fixing identity and access before anyone thinks about AI, which is work you could do yourself or with someone else.
Essential is typically a week from access to report. Enhanced usually runs two to three weeks because it involves conversations across the business, not just the tenant. Advanced is scoped to your size and confirmed in writing before we start.
