Growing across borders should not mean growing IT providers.
The problemThe moment a business opens an office overseas or hires its first staff member in another country, IT gets complicated. A different provider in each country. Different tools, different security standards, different response times, and nobody with the full picture.
It does not have to work that way. Modern business runs on the cloud, and the cloud does not care where your desk is. Microsoft 365, identity, security operations, device management and backup can all be run centrally, by one team, to one standard, for every office and every person, in any country.
That is what we do. Belton's operations team in Auckland becomes your single IT department, whether your people are in Auckland, Sydney, Singapore, London or New York.
Everything you would expect. Everywhere you operate.

The time-zone advantageNew Zealand is one of the first places on earth to start the working day. That is not trivia, it is an operational advantage.
Support for every step of going global.
Expansion, handledGlobal reach. One relationship.
You expand, we keep upCommon questions.
Global ITYes. Our support is delivered remotely, so it works the same for a person in Singapore or London as it does for one in Auckland. Devices are managed through Intune, protected with EDR and monitored centrally, wherever they are. Remote helpdesk, onboarding and security cover every user on your tenancy regardless of country.
For almost everything, no. Cloud platforms, identity, security and device management are run centrally from Auckland. Where genuine hands-on work is needed in another country, such as physical cabling or hardware swaps, we arrange and manage local resources for that task while remaining your single point of accountability.
We arrange procurement in-country where possible, or ship pre-registered devices. With Windows Autopilot, the device does not need to be touched by a technician at all. Your staff member unboxes it, signs in, and it configures itself with apps, policies and security in place.
It mostly works in your favour. New Zealand starts the working day before most of the world, so issues raised overnight from Europe or the Americas are being worked before those offices open. For Australia and Asia-Pacific, our business hours overlap yours. And our security operations run 24 hours a day regardless.
We design your environment around the obligations that apply where you operate, including data residency choices for cloud workloads, and we keep audit-ready evidence of your controls. For sector-specific regimes we work alongside your legal or compliance advisers to make sure the technology holds up its end.
Start with a discovery session. We map your current environment, then plan the new office or hires onto the same platform: identity, devices, connectivity, phones and security from day one. Getting it right at the first office makes every one after it routine.
Going global?
IT is the easy part.
Tell us where your business is heading and we will map the technology to get you there. Or book a discovery and security session and we will map your current environment first.
