AI training that survives contact with Monday.

Most AI training is a demo. People leave impressed and change nothing. Ours is built the other way round: we start from the work your team actually does, they build with their own documents in the room, and everyone leaves with a written handout of every prompt and pattern covered.

Phase 02 · Training

Four ways to run it.

One-on-one or as a team

Copilot is a focused 1.5-hour session because that is genuinely how long it takes to get productive with it. Claude and OpenAI are 4-hour build sessions because they are not assistants you learn, they are tools you build with. All prices are shown in NZD and exclude GST.

  • On-site anywhere in Australia, or remote
  • Mixed platforms where that is the honest answer
How we build it

Why ours is not a demo.

The part that decides whether it works

Training is a delivery discipline, not a slide deck. Three things separate a session people use on Monday from one they forget by Friday, and all three are about preparation rather than presentation.

Before

We ask what your team actually does

A 15-minute scoping call before every session. What gets written, what gets chased, which spreadsheet everyone dreads. The session is then built around those, which is why no two of our sessions are identical.
During

Your files, your tenant, your hands

People build with their own documents in their own environment, not a sanitised demo. It surfaces the awkward real-world cases, which is exactly where the learning is, and it means nothing has to be re-learned afterwards.
After

A handout, not a memory test

Everyone leaves with every prompt and pattern written down. It is the difference between a skill and an anecdote, and it is what lets someone who missed the session catch up.
Who delivers it: the same senior engineers who run Microsoft 365, identity and security environments for our clients. They are not full-time trainers, and that is deliberate. When someone asks "can it see our HR folder", the answer comes from someone who administers exactly that, rather than someone who has to find out.

FAQ

Microsoft Copilot training is $299 + GST (NZD) per person for a focused 1.5-hour session. Claude and OpenAI build sessions are $1,889 + GST (NZD) per person and run four hours, fully hands-on. Group programmes start at $15,000 + GST (NZD) a day. Every price is published here rather than quoted on request.

Because it is a different thing. Copilot training is 1.5 hours of getting productive inside apps your team already uses. A Claude or OpenAI build session is four hours of building working processes with a general-purpose model, which takes longer and produces something you keep running afterwards. If you only need one, most teams should start with Copilot.

Yes. We run hands-on training on Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT, and we help your team work out which to reach for and when. Most teams end up using more than one, and knowing which job goes to which tool is a large part of the value.

Either. We deliver on-site at your office anywhere in Australia, or remotely via Microsoft Teams. On-site tends to work better for groups, remote works well for one-on-one.

Not necessarily. Training people to use Copilot well is safe on its own. What needs an assessment first is a wide rollout, because Copilot surfaces whatever the person can already access, and loose permissions become visible fast. If you are training a handful of people, book the training. If you are switching it on for everyone, start with readiness.

That is the normal case and the scoping call exists to handle it. Usually the answer is either splitting into two sessions or running one session with paired exercises so the confident people pull the hesitant ones along. Tell us on the form and we will recommend which.

Trained on your work,
not a demo tenant.

Fifteen minutes of scoping, then a session built around what your team actually does all day. Everyone leaves with the prompts written down.

And relax

Getting started is the easy part.

Onboarding without drama

We do the switch: your current provider, the migration, the handover, all of it. Most teams barely notice the cutover happened.

Everything looked after

On the right plan, compliance, reporting and budgets are handled inside the partnership. You run the business; we run the IT underneath it.

Your QBR writes itself

Quarterly business reviews are generated automatically from your live environment: spend, posture, recommendations and roadmap, ready for the board, reviewed with your account manager.

The honest bit: the full looked-after experience comes with the right plan. We charge fairly for what we take on, and when costs step up it's because you are taking on more, always moving in the right direction.
