AI training that survives contact with Monday.
Most AI training is a demo. People leave impressed and change nothing. Ours is built the other way round: we start from the work your team actually does, they build with their own documents in the room, and everyone leaves with a written handout of every prompt and pattern covered.
Four ways to run it.
One-on-one or as a teamCopilot is a focused 1.5-hour session because that is genuinely how long it takes to get productive with it. Claude and OpenAI are 4-hour build sessions because they are not assistants you learn, they are tools you build with. All prices are shown in NZD and exclude GST.
Microsoft Copilot
- Drafting, summarising and rewriting in Word and Outlook
- Analysing data and building formulas in Excel
- Meeting summaries and action items in Teams
- A handout of every prompt covered
Claude
- Working with long documents and real source material
- Analysis and reasoning over your own data
- Building repeatable workflows, not one-off prompts
- Where it beats Copilot, and where it does not
OpenAI & ChatGPT
- Prompting that holds up under real work
- Custom GPTs built around your processes
- Safe team rollout and what never goes in the box
- A handout of every pattern covered
Group programmes
- Built around your workflows, not a fixed curriculum
- Multiple sessions so skills actually stick
- On-site anywhere in Australia, or remote
- Mixed platforms where that is the honest answer
Why ours is not a demo.
The part that decides whether it worksTraining is a delivery discipline, not a slide deck. Three things separate a session people use on Monday from one they forget by Friday, and all three are about preparation rather than presentation.
We ask what your team actually does
Your files, your tenant, your hands
A handout, not a memory test
Try it before you book it.
Nothing gatedWe publish a lot of this for free. If your team works through these and wants more, that is a much better reason to book a paid session than anything on this page.
Still deciding between the tools? Our plain-English comparison of Claude and Copilot gives a straight answer rather than a feature grid.

Training questions, answered.
FAQMicrosoft Copilot training is $299 + GST (NZD) per person for a focused 1.5-hour session. Claude and OpenAI build sessions are $1,889 + GST (NZD) per person and run four hours, fully hands-on. Group programmes start at $15,000 + GST (NZD) a day. Every price is published here rather than quoted on request.
Because it is a different thing. Copilot training is 1.5 hours of getting productive inside apps your team already uses. A Claude or OpenAI build session is four hours of building working processes with a general-purpose model, which takes longer and produces something you keep running afterwards. If you only need one, most teams should start with Copilot.
Yes. We run hands-on training on Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT, and we help your team work out which to reach for and when. Most teams end up using more than one, and knowing which job goes to which tool is a large part of the value.
Either. We deliver on-site at your office anywhere in Australia, or remotely via Microsoft Teams. On-site tends to work better for groups, remote works well for one-on-one.
Not necessarily. Training people to use Copilot well is safe on its own. What needs an assessment first is a wide rollout, because Copilot surfaces whatever the person can already access, and loose permissions become visible fast. If you are training a handful of people, book the training. If you are switching it on for everyone, start with readiness.
That is the normal case and the scoping call exists to handle it. Usually the answer is either splitting into two sessions or running one session with paired exercises so the confident people pull the hesitant ones along. Tell us on the form and we will recommend which.
Where this fits.
Assess, train, run, buildTrained on your work,
not a demo tenant.
Fifteen minutes of scoping, then a session built around what your team actually does all day. Everyone leaves with the prompts written down.
