New hardware, without the fuss.
Whether it is one replacement laptop or a whole fleet refresh, the journey is the same: the right device from a standard we agreed together, a quote you approve before anything is ordered, and a machine that arrives ready to sign in, not ready for a day of setup. This page shows each step, including the one people forget: what happens to the old device.
Six steps, sign-in ready.
The mapThe device standard
Agreed once, used alwaysWe agree a small set of standard devices for your business: a everyday laptop, a higher-spec option for heavy work, and accessories that match. A standard means every quote is fast, every device is known-good with your systems, and nobody plays hardware lottery. We are a Lenovo and HP partner, run Apple properly through Apple Business Manager, and supply Fortinet networking gear.
- Who does what: the roles that need more than the everyday spec
- Any preference between the platforms; we will advise, you decide
The quote
1-day turnaroundAsk for hardware and the quote comes back within a day: device, accessories, setup work, delivery, itemised. Stock and pricing move constantly in hardware, so we quote from live availability, and where lead times exist we say so up front.
Approve the quote and it is ordered the same day. Prefer a monthly cost instead of an upfront one? Hardware can be financed through IT asset finance, which suits fleet refreshes especially well.
Staging
Before it reaches a deskThe device is enrolled into management before anyone touches it: your standard apps, security tooling, encryption and settings apply automatically through Intune or Apple Business Manager the moment it first connects. That is what makes day one a sign-in, not a setup.
- Enrolled, encrypted and protected from first boot
- Your standard software lands automatically
- Asset-tagged and recorded, so the fleet stays known
Delivery & the swap
Minutes, not a lost dayFor a replacement, the person signs into the new machine and their world follows them: files in OneDrive and SharePoint, mail in Microsoft 365, settings from management. The swap is minutes of their time, scheduled around their day. Fleet refreshes run as a rolling schedule, a few people at a time, so the business never stalls.
- A swap time that suits each person
- Anything unusual on the old machine that lives outside the standard setup; tell us before, not after
The old device
Never skippedOld machines are securely wiped, every time, before they are redeployed to another user, returned off lease, recycled or resold. A retired laptop with a live drive is a data breach in a drawer, so this step is not optional and we do not treat it as one.
- Securely wiped and removed from management and licensing
- Redeployed, recycled or returned, per your call
- The asset record closed off, so the fleet list stays true
Lifecycle
OngoingEvery device is monitored around the clock and patched automatically after hours, and the fleet has a lifecycle: we track age and health, and flag replacements before failures choose the timing for you. Hardware stops being a surprise cost and becomes a planned, budgeted rhythm.
- 24/7 health monitoring and automatic after-hours patching
- An always-current fleet list with age and warranty status
- Replacements flagged ahead of time, budgeted, never a scramble
What you can hold us to.
Both ways- Quotes within a business day, itemised, from live stock
- Nothing ordered without your approval
- Devices that arrive sign-in ready, protected from first boot
- Every retired device securely wiped, no exceptions
- An agreed device standard, so quotes stay fast
- Who approves hardware spend, so orders never stall
- Warning about anything unusual living on an old machine
