Printing nobody has to think about.

Printing is the part of IT businesses stop seeing: a scatter of devices bought at different times, toner ordered in a panic, and no idea what a page actually costs. Managed printing turns that into one arrangement: the right devices, secure printing, supplies that arrive before they run out, and a predictable cost. This page shows how we get you there.

The journey

Four phases, then autopilot.

The print audit

No charge

We count what is actually there and what it actually costs: every device, its age, its volumes, and the real cost per page once toner, drums and downtime are included. Most businesses are surprised twice: by how many devices they own, and by which one is quietly the most expensive thing in the office to run.

What we need from you
  • Recent toner and service invoices, whatever exists
  • The frustrations: the device everyone avoids, the queue that always jams
You leave withYour real cost per page, per device, and where the waste is.

Design & scoping: the plan and the price

Price is fixed here

Usually the answer is fewer, better devices in the right places, on a managed arrangement where hardware, service and supplies become one predictable monthly cost with an agreed per-page rate. The scope names the devices, the placement, the security setup and the price, next to what you are paying today.

The scope names
  • The fleet: which devices, where, and what they replace
  • The monthly arrangement and per-page rates, beside today's real cost
  • Secure print and scan-to-cloud, designed in from the start
What we need from you
  • The go decision, and any placement preferences
  • Existing device contracts and their end dates
3

Deployment

A day, not a disruption

New devices arrive configured: on the network, secured, and connected to your Microsoft 365 world so scan-to-email and scan-to-SharePoint just work. Secure release means a job prints when its owner badges or signs in at the device, so payroll never sits in an output tray. Old devices leave with their storage wiped, because printers keep copies of what they printed.

What happens
  • Devices installed, secured and tested at every desk that prints
  • Secure release and scan-to-cloud working from day one
  • Old devices removed, storage wiped, contracts closed out

Autopilot

Ongoing

The devices report their own counters and toner levels, so supplies arrive before anything runs out and nobody keeps a cupboard of emergency cartridges. Faults route to the service arrangement, usage is reported so you can see the cost staying flat, and the fleet is reviewed as the business changes.

What ongoing looks like
  • Toner shipped automatically from device-reported levels
  • Faults handled under the arrangement, not per-callout
  • Usage reporting, and a fleet review as needs change
The deal

What you can hold us to.

Both ways
What you can expect from us
  • An honest audit, including "keep what you have" if that is the answer
  • One predictable cost, shown against today's real spend
  • Secure printing from day one, and wiped storage on the way out
  • Supplies that arrive before they are needed
What we ask of you
  • The invoices, so the audit numbers are real
  • Existing contract dates, so exits are timed cleanly
  • A placement decision-maker for installation day

really costs you.

The print audit is free, and the number it produces usually pays for the conversation many times over.

And relax

Getting started is the easy part.

Onboarding without drama

We do the switch: your current provider, the migration, the handover, all of it. Most teams barely notice the cutover happened.

Everything looked after

On the right plan, compliance, reporting and budgets are handled inside the partnership. You run the business; we run the IT underneath it.

Your QBR writes itself

Quarterly business reviews are generated automatically from your live environment: spend, posture, recommendations and roadmap, ready for the board, reviewed with your account manager.

The honest bit: the full looked-after experience comes with the right plan. We charge fairly for what we take on, and when costs step up it's because you are taking on more, always moving in the right direction.
